Eligibility: You must:
–be graduating Year 12, or have had no more than 2 gap years since graduating high school
–have an OP 1 or 2 (or equivalent)

–an Australian or New Zealand citizen

–the holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
–an international student who has completed high school in Australia.

Scholarship Description: The Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship is our premier offering for high achievers. We award over 100 scholarships annually, worth $2.3 million. In addition to the financial support, the program helps you to make the most of your QUT experience through extra development opportunities, which build your leadership skills and professional networks.

Duration of award(s): Scholarships are offered for four years.
What does it cover? Students will receive one of:
-70 scholarships worth $25,000 each. The scholarship will be paid as a stipend of $3,125 after the HECS-HELP census date of each semester for the standard duration of your course, for up to four years ($6,250 per year).
-35 scholarships worth $6,500 each. The scholarship will be paid as a study stipend of $2,166 after the HECS-HELP census date of each semester for the first three semesters of your course.
Selection Criteria: The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit.
