   i did myt BTech(engineering degree ,specialisation in Electronics &communication)from india 2006.Now i am doing my MTech(Master degree in Engineering ,specialisation in Signal Processing) in india.i am planning to do Phd in next year(2010) abroad.i want to know what are the qualifications required for that.which are the best univesities.whether i get scholarship or not?

   Sir, I would wish to know if I could get any well known Organization that can sponsor my studies at UNESCO-IHE to study Masters in Water Services management. I have received an admission letter to pursue the course. Unfortunately I cannot be able to sponsor myself.I hail from a poor background that lies in a semi-arid zone.I believe that the course would come in handy to deal with the challenges we face in our community in kenya.
