i did myt BTech(engineering degree ,specialisation in Electrical from Rajasthan university with 74 % in india .Now i am planning to do MTech(Master degree in Engineering ,specialisation in control system) abroad.i want to know what are the qualifications required for that.which are the best univesities.whether i get scholarship or not?

Sir, I would wish to know if I could get any well known Organization that can sponsor my studies at UNESCO-IHE to study Masters in Water Services management. I have received an admission letter to pursue the course. Unfortunately,I cannot be able to sponsor myself.I hail from a poor background that lies in a semi-arid zone.I believe that the course would come in handy to deal with the challenges we face in our community in kenya.
