The Postdoctoral study program aims to advance research into autoimmune connective tissue diseases, with a primary focus on Systemic Sclerosis. The project seeks to establish human autoantibody clones to uncover novel mechanisms of autoantibody interactions with intracellular antigens and their role in inflammatory processes. Hold academic qualifications at PhD level in autoimmunity, immunology, or related fields.

Have experience with autoantibodies, cell work, and RNA sequencing, or large screening setups.

Demonstrate expertise in areas such as single cell RNA sequencing, antibody characterization, monoclonal antibody production, confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, qPCR, in vitro cell cultures, organoid models, and mouse models.

Possess strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and fluency in oral and written English.
