Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: Applicants must reside in West Africa.
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The fellowship is open to any subject related to leadership and social impact within the Academy’s programs.
- Admissible Criteria:
- Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to solving issues related to poverty in West Africa through entrepreneurial solutions.
- They should be ready to join a community focused on social impact, building scalable solutions, and creating change in areas such as education, healthcare, agriculture, and more.
- Candidates should have a proven track record of leadership and a desire to develop skills in adaptive leadership, polarity management, and authentic storytelling.
- Fellows must remain in their professional roles during the 6-month hybrid program.
