The competition is open to law students enrolled in any tertiary institution in Nigeria, from 100 to 500 level. Applicants must submit an original essay on the specified topic, Taxation and Development in Nigeria: Bridging the Gap Between Policy and Implementation. Only individual submissions are allowed, and plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
