Numerous international institutes and organizations also use funds to provide scholarships and grants to Arkansas residents who want to get enrolled in any public or private university within the state. Addition to the usual grants and loans, Arkansas students and international applicants may find scholarships reserved specifically for people that match their qualifications. NGAA/EAANG Arkansas Scholarship Program
The National Guard Association of Arkansas (NGAA) funds annual scholarships to members of NGAA and the Enlisted Association of the Arkansas National Guard (EAANG) and their dependents. These scholarships apply to full time or part time enrollment at in-state or out-of state colleges, two or four-year colleges, graduate school or vocational training. Applications deadline is 15 January.

NPGA and Arkansas Scholarships
The Arkansas Propane Gas Association, Inc., is offering Arkansas Scholarships. Awards for scholarship funds shall be limited to those persons currently working in and/or owners of businesses in the propane industry. This scholarship shall be used by the student for tuition costs, purchase of books required for the course of study or for room and board expenses and for no other purposes. Applications must be received by May 31 of each year.

Extend the Dream Arkansas Scholarship
The Extend the Dream Arkansas Scholarship is provided through funds from the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling. Awards are in the amount of $1,000 and are not renewable. Arkansas scholarship is awarded based on financial need, academic achievement and community service. Applicant must have at least a 2.75 grade point average for grades 9-12.  The application deadline is 23rd May.
