Applications are invited from Belgian citizens to pursue graduate program (Master’s or PhD) at top university in the USA. The fellowships are outright non renewable grants: up to $48,000 for master’s programs ($18,000 for stipend and up to $30,000 for tuition and health insurance) and up to $60,000 for PhD programs ($20,000 for stipend and up to $40,000 for tuition and health insurance). The application deadline is October 31, 2015.

Eligibility:
-hold the Belgian nationality;
-hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Belgian university at the time of activation of the fellowship;
-submit an application to a graduate program (Master’s or PhD) in the U.S.A.
-submit official transcripts as evidence of an outstanding academic record and GRE test results,
-have a good command of English and submit by November 15, 2015 a TOEFL iBT score of at least 100/120 or IELTS of 7.5/9.

Fellows are expected to stay in the U.S.A. for a full academic year (nine months) at a top university.  Students who have means of their own to finance their studies in the U.S.A. may apply for an Honorary Fellowship of the Foundation.
