- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be enrolled in a doctoral program as a full-time student in a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Law, or a related program.
- Have successfully attained candidacy status at the time of application, including having completed all coursework and examination requirements, in addition to an approved dissertation proposal.
- Be recognized as having full-time student status by the academic institution in which they are presently enrolled and maintain this status during the whole fellowship period.
- Be available for a period of up to twelve months between September 2024 and September 2025.
- Confirm to the eligibility criteria of the Research Affiliate Program.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to obtain Secret security clearance to finalize the selection procedure.

Benefits
The fellowship provides a bursary of up to $48,000 contingent on the duration of the fellowship.
