The Government of Colombia, through ICETEX is inviting international students to apply for the Colombia Scholarship for Foreigners 2025-2.

The educational program is open to non-Colombian citizens who are not residing in Colombia at the time of application. Applicants must hold a university degree, have a minimum GPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale (or equivalent), and be no older than 50 years.

ICETEX (Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior) is a Colombian government agency dedicated to promoting higher education through financial support and international cooperation. It provides scholarships, loans, and academic mobility programs for both Colombian and international students. ICETEX plays a key role in fostering educational exchange and global partnerships by offering opportunities for foreigners to study in Colombia and for Colombians to pursue studies abroad.
