If this is not funded by a KESS 2 project these scholarships will be funded by the appropriate College at Swansea University. The project will digitise a paper-based health monitoring instrument. We shall then test reliability, validity and obtain service users’ views before exploring integration with NHS electronic systems. The West Wales Adverse Drug Reaction (WWADR) Profile1,2 for mental health medicines is clinically effective in paper form3-5. We will be working with a local company to digitise it as a monitoring and reporting instrument, customised to users’ needs.
