  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in sustainability-related topics within the social sciences, as offered by the Department of Management, Society and Communication.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Hold a master’s degree (3+2 Bologna structure or equivalent) in a relevant social science discipline

  • Have completed the master’s degree before the application deadline

  • Achieve a grade of 10 (or equivalent) for the master’s thesis (Danish 7-point scale)

  • Have a minimum weighted GPA of 8.2 (bachelor’s + master’s combined) or 9.5 for the master’s degree alone; alternatively, documentation of being in the top 40% of the class

  • Demonstrate strong academic English proficiency (written and spoken)

  • Submit a theoretically grounded PhD project proposal with a clear empirical focus and relevance to the Centre for Sustainability.
