- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be either:
- Students regularly enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year at the University of Trieste (bachelor’s, master’s, single-cycle, or postgraduate programs), with tuition fees paid up to date, or
- Technical-administrative staff currently employed at the University of Trieste
- The selected event or school must be organized by a qualified institution and held by December 2025

Selection will be conducted by a dedicated committee. Separate rankings will be prepared for students and staff, and awards will be based on CV, motivation letter, event relevance, and academic performance (for students).
