- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Must be female.
- Must be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident, or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa.
- Must be a commencing student enrolled for the first time at Deakin University in the first year of a bachelor’s degree in Trimester 1, 2025.
- Must be enrolled full-time in a Commonwealth Supported Place.
- Must have a minimum ATAR of 70 (including published subject or Special Equity and Access Scheme adjustments) or demonstrate academic merit (in previous Year 12 results and/or GPA for post-secondary studies deemed at or above the equivalent of a 70 ATAR).

Benefits
Recipients of the IGNITED Scholarship will receive $625 per credit point, which can be used as cash or towards tuition fees, as well as an academic mentor. This scholarship is available for the normal course duration and requires maintaining a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65 during studies.
