Applications are now open for the EU Scholarships for Perspective Students (ESPS) 2025-2026, coordinated by Hac? Bayram Veli University and funded by the European Union in partnership with ten universities. The scholarships program are open to Turkish citizens, Syrians under Temporary Protection, and other foreign students under International Protection who are currently enrolled in higher education in Turkey. Eligible applicants must be studying at associate, undergraduate, or graduate levels in fields such as engineering, economics, business, sciences, law, medicine, communication, and related disciplines across universities in Turkey.

Hac? Bayram Veli University is a prominent public institution established in 2018 after separating from Gazi University, located in Ankara, Turkey. The university is named after Hac? Bayram Veli, a 14th-century Turkish Sufi poet and scholar. It offers a wide range of programs across faculties such as economics, law, education, arts, science, and communication.
