The University of Sydney’s Faculty of Engineering is inviting ambitious and talented students from Southeast Asia to pursue their PhD studies with the support of the Faculty of Engineering Research Scholarships. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be citizens of a Southeast Asian country, hold a first-class honours degree or equivalent, and have an unconditional offer to pursue a full-time PhD within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney. Candidates are also required to withdraw applications for other University of Sydney Research Training Program (RTP) scholarships.

Benefits

• A stipend allowance equivalent to the University of Sydney’s Research Training Program (RTP) stipend rate per annum (indexed on 1 January each year) for up to 3.5 years (no extension).

• Full academic course fees and Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) for up to fourteen research periods (no extension).
