Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: Only citizens from Singapore are eligible to apply for the scholarships.
- Eligible Course or Subjects: The scholarships are open to study the full-time undergraduate degree program in any subject offered by the university.
- Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria: Applicant must have good co-curricular activities record and leadership achievements and passion to contribute to Singapore’s strategic sectors.
- Applicants must have a good GCE ‘A’ level results, International Baccalaureate, NUS high school diploma or polytechnic diploma seeking admission or have been accepted for admission to the following institutions across all disciplines (excluding healthcare-related disciplines): Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore, University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

- Supporting Documents: Candidates must have to upload pre-tertiary education transcripts and a personal statement with the application.
- Admission Requirements: For admission in undergraduate degree program applicants must have to meet the admission requirements of the university and holds their previous studies certificates.
- Language Requirement: All applicants must provide evidence that their English language ability meets the minimum requirements for admission.
