Eligibility

  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Hold (or be near completion of) a Master’s degree in management, healthcare management, public administration, social sciences, or a related field.

    • Show interest in sustainability, leadership, and governance in healthcare.

    • Have experience with qualitative and/or mixed-methods research (e.g., surveys, interviews, Q-methodology).

    • Demonstrate familiarity with organization science and management literature.

    • Work independently and collaboratively in research environments.

    • Be fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
