Swansea University, in collaboration with Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), invites applications for a Fully funded PhD Scholarships in Innovation in the NHS Longitudinal Study of EPMA Implementation. This research will assess digital transformation, system performance, and staff experiences across multiple Health Boards.

To be eligible, applicants must hold a 2.1 bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree with merit, along with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.

  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following:

    • Hold a 2.1 bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree with merit

    • Have at least five years of relevant professional experience

    • Meet English Language requirements: IELTS 6.5 overall (no component below 6.5) or equivalent as recognized by Swansea University

    • Submit a complete application including a CV, cover letter, references, transcripts, EDI form, and proof of English language proficiency (if applicable).
