  • Admissible Criteria:
    • Applicants must hold an excellent academic record, ideally a First-class Master’s degree in a related social science discipline, or a 2:1 with proven experience in adoption and fostering social work.
    • The candidate should submit a research proposal that addresses a specific question related to transracial adoption, racialization, and impacts on Black children and families.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of research methods and strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, accept feedback, and actively contribute to project objectives is required.
