The scholarship is open to U.S. citizens who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in an ABA-accredited law school. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and either currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school or planning to enroll full-time in 2025. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required—either from undergraduate studies (for incoming students) or current law school coursework. Only students in good academic standing are considered, and all applicants must meet IRS criteria to receive the award tax-free.
