The Embassy of France in Canada, in partnership with Campus France, invites international students (excluding French citizens) for the 2026 High-Level Scientific Fellowships. This programme offers PhD students and early-career postdoctoral researchers based at Canadian universities the opportunity to undertake a 2-month research mobility in France.
Applicants must be PhD students or early-career postdoctoral researchers (within 0–5 years after PhD) currently working at a university in Canada (excluding Quebec). Candidates must not hold French citizenship, must be conducting research in one of the eligible priority themes, and must have a confirmed French host institution or researcher for their 2-month research stay in France.
