Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any field related to the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Admissible Criteria:

Must hold a 120-credit Master’s degree from one of the Human Sciences faculties.

If the degree is not from a humanities faculty, the candidate must first receive authorization from a relevant doctoral college.

Applicants must be eligible for doctoral studies and doctoral fellowship funding at ULiège.

Must not have held assistant or researcher contracts at ULiège exceeding a cumulative duration of one year.

By a candidate with a supporting promoter (BSH-C)

By a ULiège promoter when no specific candidate is yet chosen (BSH-P)

For BSH-P: Promoter must be a teacher, permanent scientist, or F.R.S.-FNRS scientist affiliated with ULiège.

Candidates can apply a maximum of two times.
