International PhD Fellowships in Solid State Pharmacy, Denmark

The University of Copenhagen is offering three-year PhD fellowship in solid state pharmacy, commencing on June 15, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. The fellowship focuses on addressing challenges in oral drug development, particularly improving the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs. The project aims to explore amorphous drug formulations, investigating their stability and solubility using a combination of experimental and computational techniques.

To be eligible for the fellowship program, applicants must hold a master’s degree equivalent to a Danish master’s degree in solid-state pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug formulation, or a related field. They should have relevant research experience, a strong academic record, and a keen interest in amorphous drug formulation and characterization techniques.
