    • Hold a Master’s degree in (Applied) Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related fields

    • Demonstrated experimental and analytical skills

    • Experience with or willingness to learn thin film deposition and characterization techniques

    • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams

    • Good command of English (written and spoken); Dutch proficiency or willingness to learn is a plus

    • Basic knowledge of programming (Python) is an advantage.
