Eligibility 

  • Eligible Countries: All nationalities

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in research areas related to Electronics, Engineering, Embedded Systems, and related disciplines.

  • Admissible Criteria: Applicants must:

    • Hold a first-class or upper second-class honours undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Have experience in electronics design and embedded system integration.

    • Desirable experience includes:

      • Wireless embedded system development

      • Low-power analog/digital electronics

      • Firmware development, PCB design

      • Sensor integration (especially electrochemical)

      • Mechanical design (SolidWorks or equivalent) for microfluidic systems

      • Data analytics (Matlab/Python)

      • Participation in multidisciplinary research

      • Scientific writing and publication skills

    • Submit a cover letter describing experience, career goals, and motivation.

    • Demonstrate English language proficiency (for non-native speakers, as per UCC guidelines).
