International PhD Scholarships in Leadership & Organization, Norway

BI Norwegian Business School is now accepting applications for PhD scholarships in Leadership and Organization. This four-year program offers a stipend of NOK 572,800 per year, with teaching duties included.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you need to have completed or be about to complete a relevant Master’s degree by the summer of 2025. This should be a Master of Science degree with thesis work or a research master’s/M.Phil degree. An MBA does not meet the requirements. You also need to take either the TOEFL or IELTS test unless you qualify for an exemption.

    • An MBA degree does not fulfill the admission requirements.
    • Applicants must take either TOEFL or IELTS, unless exempted.

  • Certificates from previously completed doctoral-level courses (if applicable).
  • A complete list of publications and/or relevant activities.
  • TOEFL/IELTS scores (if applicable).
