International Scholarships for Undergraduate Students at University of Kent in UK, 2016-2017

The university of Kent is offering a number of scholarships for entry at an undergraduate level. Students of any country can apply for these scholarships.

This scholarship aims to assist high achieving and highly motivated international students who have been offered a full-time place at the University of Kent.

University’s aim to provide an excellent education, delivered by world-class researchers and accomplished educators, to all those who have the ability and are ambitious and motivated to learn.

Students whose first language is not English, and who live/study in a non-majority English-speaking country are required to have an appropriate grade/score in an approved English language examination.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate degree programme.

Study Subject: Scholarships are provided to learn any of the courses offered by the University.

Scholarship Award: The scholarships will be worth £5,000 per year of study at the University of Kent, towards the cost of tuition fees (for up to three years of study) and are offered to nationals of any country paying international fees.

Eligibility: To be eligible for consideration for a scholarship, all of the conditions below must have been satisfied:
-an application must have been made for an undergraduate degree course at the University of Kent;
-the applicant must have received an offer of a place (conditional or unconditional) on a degree course;
-the University must have received confirmation of the applicant’s firm acceptance of the offer by the deadline date. Students who choose Kent as their insurance place will not be eligible for the Scholarship.

Nationality: Students of any country can apply for these scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: The applicant must have received an offer of a place (conditional or unconditional) on a degree course.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirement: Students whose first language is not English, and who live/study in a non-majority English-speaking country are required to have an appropriate grade/score in an approved English language examination.

Undergraduate Scholarships

Supporting Material: Once logged in, click on My Scholarships and Bursaries. Applicants will then see a list of scholarships that they may be eligible to apply for.  Click on Apply and follow the steps to submit their application. As part of their application, they will need to upload an essay, which should be submitted as either a Word or PDF document. For this essay, please write no more than 750 words on a topic about which they are passionate and which is relevant to their selected degree programme.

How to Apply: Applications for the International Scholarships must be made via their applicant portal.
