Applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Citizens of any country can apply.
- Bursaries are available for pursuing a graduate degree (M.S. or PhD) at a degree-granting institution located in any country.
- Graduate students attending a degree-granting institution located in any country are eligible.
- Students for either the M.S. or PhD degrees, who are enrolled in a course of graduate study as of the application deadline, are eligible. Applicants who have already completed their degrees are ineligible.
- In the case of PhD candidates, preference will be given to students who have a minimum of one year remaining before completion of their studies.

- How to apply: To apply, candidates must have to take admission in a postgraduate degree program at any university you wish to study. After taking admission you can complete the application form for this free money.
- Supporting Documents: Submit the electronic copy of three letters of support and a description of the focus of your thesis.
- Admission Requirements: For admission in a masters degree program, must attach the copy of transcripts of all college work, including cumulative and final grade average records (GPA or percentage).
- Language Requirement: If you are applying for admission, you need to provide evidence of English language skills.
