Highly skilled students can manage their finances for study courses by applying for the MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program for Young Researchers in France for the academic year 2023-2024.

The main purpose of this award is to provide financial support to International students applying for the postgraduate research degree program. Selected students will receive a monthly allowance of 2,500 Euros, and 40 fellowships will be awarded over 12 months.

Established in 2018, the Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) initiative has met with worldwide enthusiasm, developing terms of welfare from multiple positively talented students and researchers. As a main player in the battle against climate change and guarantor of the nature of the Paris Agreement, France is founding a new MOPGA visiting fellowship program geared towards supporting scientific assistance to climate change issues raised by the COPs.

Eligibility

• Eligible Countries: No nationality restrictions (except FRANCE).
• Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in PhD degree in any subject offered by the university
• Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
• Applicants who do NOT hold French citizenship
• Foreign researchers holding a doctoral degree for less than five years (must have passed their thesis defense between January 2017 and January 2023)
• Foreign researchers living abroad (not in France) since at least the 1st of September, 2022 (more than 90 days).
