The University of Stirling is delighted to offer the Nikos Steiropoulos Postgraduate Scholarship, established by MSD Animal Health UK in memory of Mr. Nikos Steiropoulos.
The scholarship covers tuition fees, with additional funding provided for overseas students to cover full tuition costs. One award is available, and applicants from all international, UK, and ROI regions are eligible.

Eligibility

- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for MSc Aquatic Pathobiology, MSc Aquatic Veterinary Studies, or MSc Sustainable Aquaculture offered by the University of Stirling.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Completed all components of an undergraduate degree that will enable entry into a postgraduate degree at a UK university by the time they submit their application.
- Minimum of a 2:1 honours degree.
- Received an unconditional offer from the University of Stirling to study MSc Aquatic Pathobiology, MSc Aquatic Veterinary Studies, or MSc Sustainable Aquaculture starting in September 2024.

Applicants should email their CV, student number, country of residence, and up to a 500-word statement on what they hope to achieve with a master’s degree from the Institute of Aquaculture to the Programme Director, Dr. Armin Sturm. Benefits
The scholarship provides an award of £10,900 towards tuition fees. If awarded to an overseas student, the University will top up the Scholarship to cover the complete tuition fees. This scholarship does not offer a cash alternative, and funding cannot be extended or deferred.
