Xiamen University is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2025 PhD Fellowships of the China Studies Program. These fellowships aim to support outstanding international scholars pursuing research on China in Humanities and Social Sciences.
To be eligible for the PhD studentship, applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health, with a solid academic foundation and a focus on China-related research in Humanities and Social Sciences. For the Joint Research Ph.D. Fellowship, applicants must be enrolled as doctoral students in foreign universities and have a minimum of HSK Level 3 proficiency in Chinese.

- For the Joint Research PhD Fellowship, applicants must be registered doctoral students in foreign universities
- For the PhD Fellowship in China, applicants should be Master’s degree holders or recent graduates.
