Eligibility

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for a PhD in Manufacturing and Automation Systems within the Mechanical Engineering department
  • Admissible Criteria:
    • Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics (or equivalent).
    • Some experience in programming (C++ or Python) is required.
    • Prior experience with CNC machine tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Applicants should have an affinity for both model-based and machine learning analysis, with strong analytical and technical/practical implementation skills.
    • Proficiency in English (written and oral) is essential.
