Umeå University is offering a PhD Position in Mathematics Focusing on the Analysis of Partial Differential Equations. To be eligible for the PhD position, applicants must hold a second-cycle degree or equivalent with at least 240 ECTS credits, including 60 ECTS at the second-cycle level. They should have at least 60 ECTS credits in mathematics, with 15 ECTS at the advanced level. Strong knowledge in mathematical analysis and partial differential equations is required, while experience in kinetic theory, non-local diffusion, or graph dynamics is considered an asset.
