Eligibility

  • Eligible Countries: Applicants from any country are eligible to apply.

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for PhD study in Spatial Planning, Energy Planning, or related subjects.

  • Admissible Criteria: Applicants must:

    • Hold or be close to completing a Master’s degree in spatial planning, geography, environmental science, geo-information science, or a related field.

    • Demonstrate proficiency in GIS and spatial analysis techniques.

    • Show interest in spatial data visualization and communication.

    • Have strong analytical and research skills.

    • Possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory due to case study requirements).

    • Be interested in interdisciplinary work and stakeholder collaboration.

    • Be a team player capable of independent work.
