With an aim to foster research excellence and innovative activities, the Region Radboud University has announced the PhD Position in Sustainable Careers in Smart Industry for international students for the academic year 2025-2026.

To be eligible for this PhD position, applicants must hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, Occupational Psychology, Management Science, or a related field in the Social Sciences.   • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English

  • Ability to connect with production workers and co-create research

  • Project management, resilience, and academic writing skills

  • Ability to complete the PhD within 4 years.
