- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must hold a PhD degree in Ocean Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a closely related field.

Strong background in physical modelling of wave–structure interaction in flumes or basins.

Experience developing or analysing wave generation methodologies, cyber-physical modelling, or nonlinear wave reproduction.

Demonstrated ability for independent research, scientific motivation, and initiating new work.

Proven teamwork abilities, commitment to shared research goals, and capacity for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Experience with coastal protection structures (e.g., dikes, seawalls, rubble-mound structures) is an added advantage.
