The project focuses on leader communication using automated text analysis and on digital communication practices that influence work-life boundaries and mental wellbeing.
Applicants must hold or be close to completing a PhD in a relevant field such as work and organisational psychology, communication science, management science, or social psychology. They should have strong research and statistical skills, experience with survey or experimental methods, and familiarity with R or Python. Experience in automated text analysis is an advantage.

- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:

Have experience with preregistration of publications and a strong record of English academic writing demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications.
