Royal Audit Authority Scholarships, Bhutan

The Royal Audit Authority (RAA) is pleased to re-announce the availability of Scholarships under EU funding for the February 2026 intake. The program is designed to build the professional capacity of RAA employees by offering an opportunity to pursue the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification at Kaplan Higher Education Academy, Singapore.

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be employees of the Royal Audit Authority who meet the Long-Term Training (LTT) requirements under the BCSR 2023. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, have a minimum of two years of active service (excluding probation), and possess a “Good” performance rating for the last two financial years. Preference will be given to those with an accounting background, and applicants must not have completed a Master’s degree.
