Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must:

Be a doctoral candidate at RWTH Aachen University, or

Be enrolled at one of the following partner universities in India:

IIT Bombay, Mumbai

IIT Roorkee

IISc Bangalore, Bengaluru

Demonstrate strong motivation to establish or deepen cooperation with the partner universities.

Submit a detailed plan for the research stay, including purpose and activities.

Benefits

For stays in Aachen: €750 per week for up to six weeks.

For stays in India: Reimbursement according to travel expense report (maximum €750 per week).

Additional support: Single parents and applicants with chronic illnesses or disabilities may be granted higher funding upon proof of additional needs.
