Eligibility: To be eligible for the fellowship applicant must have a university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) completed with outstanding results less than 12 years prior to the start of the fellowship; Clearly, visible leadership potential demonstrated by experience in a leadership position or appropriate references.
Course: This fellowship is for pursuing a research program in Germany.
Award Details:  The fellowship amount reflects the fellow’s academic and professional qualifications, current position and professional experience and is currently set at 2,150

CAS-TWAS President’s PhD Fellowship Program  for Cambodian students in China

Eligibility: Applicants musa t be maximum age of 35 years on 31 December 2015; Not take up other assignments during the period of his/her fellowship
Courses: Fellowship is available for pursuing PhD studies at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) or Institutes of CAS around China.
Award Details: CAS, fellowship awardees will receive a monthly stipend (to cover accommodation and other living expenses, local travel expenses and health insurance) of RMB 7,000 or RMB 8,000 from CAS through UCAS/USTC, depending on whether he/she has passed the qualification test arranged by UCAS/USTC for all PhD candidates after admission. Global Leaders Fellowship  for combodian students in USA

Award Details: Three Global Leaders Fellowships, which will cover up to 18 credit hours will be awarded for 2016-17. The grantee is to provide funds from other sources for books, living, and other expenses and must provide certification of this support. A Fellowship is renewable each year for a cumulative maximum of three years for Master’s candidates and up to five years for doctoral candidates. A grantee must submit renewal materials for the Fellowship each year; renewal is contingent upon the grantee’s grades (GPA of 3.0 or better). The Fellowship is valid for one degree only. Fellowships apply to the fall and spring semesters. Awards for the summer sessions are by petition only and subject to available funding.

Japan International Award  for Cambodian students

Eligibility: Applicant should be under the age of 40 (as of January 01, 2015)
Courses:   Award is available to undertake research programme.
Award Details: The JIRCAS award winners will be invited to Japan to receive their awards personally and present their research results and achievements. The winners will be bestowed a testimonial by the Chairman of the AFFRC during the commendation ceremony and will also receive a cash prize of US$5,000 each from JIRCAS.

Georg Forster Research Fellowship (HERMES) for Cambodian Students
 Provider by: Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and is Co financed by the European Union (EU) in the 7th Framework Programme.
Eligibility: In providing Georg Forster Research Fellowships for experienced researchers, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation enables highly-qualified scientists and scholars from abroad, who completed their doctorates less than twelve years ago 1 to spend extended periods of research (6-18 months; may be divided up into a maximum of three blocks) in Germany. Candidates are expected to have their own, clearly defined research profile. This means they should usually be working at least at the level of Assistant Professor or Junior Research Group Leader or be able to document independent research work over a number of years.
Course: Fellowship is awarded for postdoctoral researchers to carry out long-term research of their own choice (6 to 24 months) at a research institution in Germany together with an academic host they have chosen yourself.

IGIDR-IDRC Scholarships for Cambodian Students
Provider: International Development Research Center, Canada (IDRC)
Eligibility: The minimum qualification for admission to M.Sc. program includes one of the following degrees or their equivalents: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Economics/Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Statistics/Bachelor of Science in Physics or Mathematics/Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering, with at least a Second Class/Division for Economics discipline and First Class/Division for other disciplines. The applicant must have studied Mathematics at the higher secondary (12 years School Leaving Examination) or higher level.

SEASREP Language Training and Postgraduate Study Grants for Cambodian students 
Provider by: The Southeast Asian Studies Regional Exchange Program (SEASREP) Foundation.
Eligible Students: Language Training Grant: Southeast Asian nationals enrolled in graduate programs in the social sciences or humanities in a university in Southeast Asia. Applicants must not be older than 40 years old.
Courses: Language training grants are available for training (not for basic training but for intermediate to advanced levels) with a tutor accredited by a university or a recognized language training institute in the region. Postgraduate study grants are available for MA or PhD course work and/or thesis research (documentary research and field work) and thesis writing; and Postdoctoral research program.

SEAMEO-Australia Education Links Award for Cambodian students
Provider: Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) and the Government of Australia.
Eligible Students: The Award is open to any national (natural person or body corporate) of a SEAMEO Member Country. The SEAMEO Member Countries are Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam.

IGIDR-IDRC Scholarships and Fellowships for Cambodian Students
 Provider by: International Development Research Center, Canada (IDRC)
Eligible Students: The minimum qualification for admission to M.Sc. program includes one of the following degrees or their equivalents: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Economics/Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Statistics/Bachelor of Science in Physics or Mathematics/Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering, with at least a Second Class/Division for Economics discipline and First Class/Division for other disciplines. The applicant must have studied Mathematics at the higher secondary (12 years School Leaving Examination) or higher level.
Courses: Courses and fellowships are available to visit IGIDR for a period of 12 months (extendable to a maximum of another 12 months) to undertake doctoral and postdoctoral research in any field within Economics, with a special focus on Labor Market and Industrial Policy.
Award Details: Selected Masters applicant will receive IDRC funded that include: monthly program of INR 10000, Medical Coverage of INR 25000 per year, and one time travel grant up to a maximum of INR 50000; Selected M.Phil applicant will receive IDRC funded fellowships that include: a monthly stipend of INR 17000/- in the first two years, Medical coverage of INR 25000 per year; Selected visiting doctoral applicant will be paid INR 26000 a month towards scholarship; Selected postdoctoral applicants will be paid a fellowship of INR 50000 per month; Research grant of INR 100000, and conference travel support up to a maximum of INR 150000.

CAS-TWAS President’s PhD Fellowship Program  for Cambodian students in China
 Provider by: Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS)
Eligible Students: Applicants must be maximum age of 35 years on 31 December 2015; Not take up other assignments during the period of his/her fellowship
Courses: Fellowship is available for pursuing PhD studies at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) or Institutes of CAS around China.
Award Details: CAS, fellowship awardees will receive a monthly stipend (to cover accommodation and other living expenses, local travel expenses and health insurance) of RMB 7,000 or RMB 8,000 from CAS through UCAS/USTC, depending on whether he/she has passed the qualification test arranged by UCAS/USTC for all PhD candidates after admission. All awardees will also be provided tuition and admission fee waivers.

Japan International Award for  Cambodian students

Eligible: Applicant should be under the age of 40 (as of January 01, 2015)
Courses: Award is available to undertake research programme.
Award Details: The JIRCAS award winners will be invited to Japan to receive their awards personally and present their research results and achievements. The winners will be bestowed a testimonial by the Chairman of the AFFRC during the commendation ceremony and will also receive a cash prize of US$5,000 each from JIRCAS.

Guangxi Government Scholarship for Cambodian  Students in China

Georg Forster Research Fellowship (HERMES) for Cambodian Students
 Provider by: Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and is Co financed by the European Union (EU) in the 7th Framework Programme.
Eligible Students: In providing Georg Forster Research Fellowships for experienced researchers, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation enables highly-qualified scientists and scholars from abroad, who completed their doctorates less than twelve years ago 1 to spend extended periods of research (6-18 months; may be divided up into a maximum of three blocks) in Germany. Candidates are expected to have their own, clearly defined research profile. This means they should usually be working at least at the level of Assistant Professor or Junior Research Group Leader or be able to document independent research work over a number of years.
Course: Fellowship is awarded for postdoctoral researchers to carry out long-term research of their own choice (6 to 24 months) at a research institution in Germany together with an academic host they have chosen yourself.
Award Details: A monthly fellowship of 2,650 EUR for postdoctoral researchers (doctorate completed within the last four years) or 3,150 EUR for experienced researchers (doctorate completed within the last 12 years).
