The School of Chemistry is offering Completion Scholarships for outstanding students. The study award is designed for the academic session 2024/2025.
Applicants must be enrolled in a Higher Degree by Research program within the School of Chemistry at the University of Sydney. They should not hold any other primary scholarship during the tenure of this award. Master’s candidates need to have completed at least 1.5 Equivalent Full-Time Student Load (EFTSL), while PhD candidates must have completed at least 3 EFTSL.

- Admissible Criteria:
- Be enrolled in a Higher Degree by Research course at the School of Chemistry.
- Must not currently hold another primary scholarship.
- For master’s candidates, have completed at least 1.5 Equivalent Full-Time Student Load (EFTSL) of candidature.
- PhD candidates must have completed at least 3 EFTSL of candidature.
- Have a reasonable expectation of submitting the thesis within 6 months from the start of the award.
- If already consumed the maximum candidature for their degree, prior approval from Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Researcher Training) is required.
How to Apply
No separate application is necessary. Eligible students within the School of Chemistry will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
