Telles Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship offered by University College London (UCL) in collaboration with the Telles Foundation. It aims to remove financial barriers and enable talented Brazilian students to access a world-class education in Engineering at UCL
To be eligible, applicants must have a strong master’s degree (or equivalent), submit a humanities-focused PhD research proposal, and complete their application for admission by the scholarship deadline. The award is open to both UK/EU and international candidates.

- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following:

Be a Brazilian national domiciled in Brazil.

Meet academic and English language requirements.

Not hold a qualification that UCL accepts for direct entry onto an undergraduate degree.

Be in financial need as assessed by UCL.

Demonstrate enthusiasm for their future degree programme.

Completed high school in Brazil within two years of the UPC start date with an overall average of 8/10 in relevant academic subjects.

Apply online through the Undergraduate Preparatory Certificate for Science and Engineering application form, selecting “Telles Foundation Scholarship” in the sponsorship section.

Provide English language test scores (IELTS for UKVI or Pearson PTE Academic UKVI) or indicate pending results.

Upload a reference letter on headed school paper or provide referee contact details.
