PhD researchers from Una Europa partner universities are invited to apply for the Una Europa PhD Impact Award. Showcase the impact of your research in areas such as sustainability, AI, future technologies, or One Health.

To be eligible for the award, applicants must be currently enrolled in a PhD program at one of the 11 Una Europa partner universities. They must apply during their doctoral studies, before completing their PhD defense.

    • Must be currently undertaking a PhD at one of the 11 Una Europa partner universities.

    • Applicants must apply during their PhD studies (before their PhD defense).

    • Research must demonstrate actual or potential impact on society, policy, economy, environment, health, culture, education, or technology.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit their entries via the Una Europa PhD Impact Award webpage. The deadline for submission is 14 September 2025 at 23:59 CEST. Selected winners will be notified in late September 2025 and must be available to attend the Berlin Science Week on 1–2 November 2025.
