If you need funding for your Masters course, you should research your options as soon as possible.
Funding opportunities
There are a number of funding options for Masters courses and these will vary depending on whether you’re a student from the UK, EU or an international student from outside the EU.
Please note: only one scholarship award can be allocated per student.
Funding for UK and EU students
If you are a prospective Masters student from the UK or EU, there are potential sources of funding available.
The UK Government has confirmed that Postgraduate Loans will be offered to UK and EU students starting a masters course in the 2018/19 academic year. If you are eligible, non means-tested loans of up to £10,280 will be available for use towards course and living costs.
If you are a student from another EU country, you will continue to remain eligible for financial support for Masters courses starting in September 2018 and will continue to have access to student loans and grants, even if the course concludes after the UK’s exit from the EU.
