The Franco-Thai Scholarship program is for Thai students for pursuing Master’s and PhD degree at French universities or Higher Education Institutions in France. The scholarship provides a monthly allowance, social protection coverage and a possible round trip by plane to France. It also covers the tuition fees. To apply for these scholarships applicants must submit online scholarship application by 19th February 2013.

Eligibility: -Candidate should be less than 35 years old on Jaunuary 1st, 2013;
-Enrol in the university chosen in respect of its selection procedure and internal rules;
-In case of studies break or ending, the scholarship will automatically be cancelled;
-The visa granted for the student does not lead automatically to visas for members of his family.

Scholarship Open for International Students: Thai students can apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship Description: The Franco – Thai Scholarship program is directed to Thai students who intend to study in French universities or Higher Education Institutions, at Master’s degree or PhD level. This program is based on a selective call for candidates in order to emphasize high level exchanges between France and Thailand. The Franco – Thai Scholarship Program aims at developing and reinforcing relationships between Thai and French Higher Education Institutions.

What does it cover? The scholarship provides a monthly allowance to pursue studies in France. It also includes social protection coverage for the whole stay in France, exemption of tuition fees, priority on accommodation in hall of residence and a possible round trip by plane to France.

Selection Criteria: Every criterion (excellence of the candidate, quality of the studies project, motivations of the candidate, level of proficiency in foreign languages) is decisive.

Notification: Publication of the final list of recipients: Mid-April 2013

How to Apply: The complete scholarship application file must be submitted online only.

Scholarship Application Deadline: The application deadline is 19th February 2013.
