UOW Excellence/Academic Merit Engineering Scholarships for African Students
University of Wollongong is awarding engineering scholarships for African students to study at Australian campuses. Two types of scholarships are available: undergraduate excellence scholarships and international academic merit scholarships. This scholarship provides a further 25% reduction of the published tuition fees for the duration of the course, up to a maximum of 4 years bringing the total scholarship value to 50% off the tuition fee when offered in combination with the UES. Engineering: Fully-Funded PhD Studentship for Africans
Swansea University has called applications for fully-funded PhD studentship in engineering for African students. The studentship covers the full cost of UK/EU tuition fees, plus a stipend of £13,863 p.a. for three years but the award only covers tuition fees at the UK/EU level. The project is funded as part of the Sêr Cymru National Research Network in Advanced Engineering and Materials in collaboration with Cardiff University. NRF Freestanding Engineering Fellowships for African Students
Applications are invited for postdoctoral engineering fellowships for African students to undertake research. Fellowships will be awarded to outstanding candidates from outside South Africa who wishes to undertake postdoctoral research in South Africa. A small number of fellowships are also made available to South African citizens who wish to undertake postdoctoral research on a full-time basis at recognized institutions abroad.
