50th Anniversary Undergraduate Scholarships
Engineering scholarships for African students are available for pursuing undergraduate degree level at University of East Anglia. Total 53 scholarships are awarded to cover 50% of the first year’s tuition fee (ranging in value from £6,150 to £7,450 depending on course). Undergraduate International Scholarships
Engineering scholarships for African students are available for pursuing undergraduate degree level at Loughborough University in UK. Over 100 scholarships are available for entry in 2014 to new self-financing full-time students eligible to pay international fees. Scholarships cover the value of 25% of the programme tuition fee for the first year of study only and that value will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account. Georg Forster Postdoctoral Research Fellowships
The Humboldt Foundation grants up to 80 Georg Forster Research Fellowships for postdoctoral researchers from developing and emerging countries (except China and India). Fellowship is awarded to conduct a self-selected, long-term research project (6-24 months) in cooperation with a self-selected academic host at a research institution in Germany. Applications may be submitted any time from 1.7.2013 until mid-2015.
Google Anita Borg Scholarship
Google Anita Borg Scholarship is available for Bachelors, Masters or PhD female students from Europe, Middle East to study in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a closely related technical field. Application deadline is 1st February annually.

The Association of South African Women in Science and Engineering (SA WISE) funds SA WISE-Element Scholarship for female student for full time study at Honours (4th year) level in Chemistry, Physics, Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering at any South African University. Whitworth Scholarship Awards are available for pursuing undergraduate degree in engineering discipline including MEng and MSc courses. Scholarship Application Deadline is 30 June each year.
