SFAR Scholarship Application Process:
Cooperation scholarships are channeled through MINAFFET, MINEDUC then to SFAR for processing. Announcements are made on the SFAR website (www.sfar.gov.rw), radio and sometimes in newspapers. Interested candidates submit their applications to SFAR. Sometimes letters are sent to different institutions for nomination of candidates.
SFAR Scholarship Selection Process
Very often, the selection is done jointly between SFAR and those who offer the scholarships. However, SFAR is sometimes requested to do it unilaterally.
