Competition for Chancellor’s Scholarships is not open for foreign students who would like to study at the University f Warwick.
There are two kind of Chancellor’s Scholarships are available.
The Chancellor’s Scholarships [formerly known as WPRS]
For 2012-13 entry the Warwick Graduate School expects to award around 45 Chancellor’s Scholarships.
Open for International Students: Yes, but the scholarship pays academic fees at the Home/EU rate, so overseas students awarded a Chancellor’s Scholarship will need to fund the difference between the Home/EU fee rate and the Overseas fee they will be required to pay.

Competition for Chancellor’s International Scholarships
For entry in October 2012, Warwick University will offer to approximately 17 of the most outstanding international PhD applicants –
-The full payment of overseas tuition fees (worth up to £14,600 at 10/11 rates)
-A maintenance stipend in line with RCUK rates (worth £13,590 at 10/11 rates)
Open for International Students: Yes
Eligibility
i) Applicants for a Chancellor’s International Scholarship must also be applying for a PhD at the University of Warwick to begin in October 2012;
ii) Applicants must expect to be ‘overseas’ students for fees purposes, but there is no other nationality criteria;
iii) Applicants may be from any discipline at Warwick.
This scholarship is not open to current first year PhD students, but only to applicants for a PhD.
