The aim of Scholarship is to support students from the People’s Republic of China commencing the three-year Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Melbourne Law School.

Study Subject: The Scholarship will be awarded within the subjects of Melbourne Law School.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for scholarship:
- Open to students who are commencing the Melbourne JD and citizens of the People’s Republic of China.
- Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia are not eligible.
Nationality: Citizens of the People’s Republic of China can apply for this Scholarship.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.
English language Requirements: Students need to demonstrate that they have a good level of written and spoken English the candidate should have a very good command over English language.
How to Apply: Applicants must firstly have submitted an application for the Juris Doctor by the application deadline of 1 November for commencement the following year. Applicants who wish to be considered for this scholarship must also complete the scholarship application by the 1 November.
